Esso Highlands Limited (Company), a subsidiary of ExxonMobil Corporation, is constructing and will operate the Project on behalf of the co-venturers – Oil Search Limited , NPCP, Santos, JX Nippon Oil & Gas Exploration, Mineral Resources Development Company and Petromin PNG Holdings Limited.
